Give Jon Hamm a break--he can't be on all the time. The sexy Mad Men star was spotted on Friday walking around in Santa Monica, sporting casual outwear.

A departure from his tailored TV look, no doubt Hamm is smiling because of the record ratings for the Mad Men season 3 premiere.
Matthew Weiner's brainchild on AMC pulled in roughly 2.8 million viewers on last Sunday.
It was just announced that Hamm will star opposite Vanessa Hudgens in the forthcoming Sucker Punch.
