Katherine Jackson Guardianship Extended

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine will remain the temporary legal guardian of his three children, it was decided Thursday.
Papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court indicated that Jackson will retain custody of Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket through July 13.
It was revealed on Wednesday that in 2002, Michael requested custody of his children be awarded to legendary singer Diana Ross should his mother be unable to care for them.

It was also revealed Thursday that Debbie Rowe, who acted as surrogate for Jackson in the birth of his eldest kids, is seeking full custody as well.
