Debbie Rowe has broken her silence and has revealed that she is going to fight for custody of her children with Michael Jackson, Prince Michael Jr., 12, and Paris Michael Katherine, 11.  "Yes, I am stepping up, I have to," she told NBC4 Los Angeles Anchor Chuck Henry on Thursday.  The ex-wife of the King of Pop also said that she will seek a restraining order against Michael's father Joe Jackson to keep him away from the children.

"They are my flesh and blood," Debbie said of the two children.   She had willingly agreed to let Michael rear the children, but his early death caused her to change her mind and state, "We had an agreement and he didn't keep his end."

One of Rowe's legal aces Marta Almi told RadarOnline.com "I confirm that Mr. Eric George will be attending the Monday hearing on Ms. Rowe's behalf."

Prince Michael and Paris are currently living with their grandmother Katherine, who has been granted temporary guardianship of them by an LA judge.
