Michael Jackson’s family will sue for his wrongful death, sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Even as the investigation into the King of Pop’s sudden death is still unfolding, Jackson family members have had private discussions and decided they want to sue whoever is responsible for his death.
While the Jacksons are likely plaintiffs, it is unknown at this point who the defendant or defendants would be. But RadarOnline.com has learned that family members are taking a hard look at the doctors who treated Michael and want to sue whether or not the doctors face criminal charges.

“They (family members) not only want jail time for anyone who contributed to Michael’s death, they also want to make them pay, literally,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“They are determined to sue, even if there is no arrest.”
Dr. Conrad Murray is on their radar. Murray was scheduled to go on tour with Jackson and has clearly become a person of interest in the multi-agency investigation. His Houston office was searched by Los Angeles police and the Drug Enforcement Agency on Wednesday.

Dr. Murray insists he did nothing wrong.
Joe Jackson is leading the family charge on this, says the source, but Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and LaToya are with him and want to hold accountable any doctor who helped cause Michael’s death. “Some family members were estranged from Michael toward the end of his life but they want the world to know that he still had a family that loved him,” said the source. “They say they won’t let his death be in vain.”
