VIDEO: Kate Gosselin And Bodyguard--Inseparable

Her marriage may be on the rocks but the North Carolina beach air is clearly doing Kate Gosselin a lot of good. On a recent trip to Bald Head Island’s Maritime Market on Friday, Gosselin looked relaxed and happy as she walked around with her sextuplets, nanny, and bodyguard Steve Neild (who was also spotted holding hands with one of the kids).

Looking fit and tan in a figure-hugging white summer dress, Gosselin seemed chipper as the family climbed into golf carts on their way back to their beach house. A bit out of character from her usual serious, task-oriented self,  Gosselin even playfully stuck out her tongue to demonstrate how her newly-bought lollipop discolored the inside of her mouth.
