While Katie Holmes is busy drumming up some new work for herself, she took a moment for some girly bonding with daughter Suri.
The adorable pair were spotted Friday night at Los Angeles' The Grove, hitting up Suri-fave boutique American Girl Place.
Toting a blonde doll and powder blue mary janes, Suri and Holmes did a little shopping before getting whisked to their car via a rear entrance.
Holmes is said to be negotiating an appearance on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance. Perhaps she's been inspired by her daughter, who recently has been taking beginners ballet.
