OUT AND ABOUT: Celebrity Sightings (Miley, Lady Gaga, and more!)

The same week her magazine cover hit where she defends her love of boyfriend Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus went out on a very public date with her beau. In the same place the next night, Lady Gaga celebrated her American Idol appearance with a big dinner with friends. Elsewhere, Katie Holmes took Suri on a mother-daughter date.

Cyrus and Gaston dined with friends at Koi Los Angeles, coming into the restaurant "arm in arm" as the walked to their table. "They sat in the back patio for about two hours," says a source. "A couple fans came up to her at the bar and she gladly posed for a picture with them."
The next night, Lady Gaga also stopped by the hip Japanese eatery. Dressed in a silver, black and white dress covered in stars (and with a black star painted over her left eye), the songstress munched with her group of twelve friends. "They had sushi and sake, they seemed to have a great time," says a source.
Earlier in the day, Katie Holmes gave daughter Suri a treat as they spent the afternoon at the American Girl store at the Grove in Los Angeles. While she could have had anything her little heart desired, the adorable tot grabbed hold of her pink flip-flops and made them her snack by chewing on them as they walked around. The two "seemed to enjoy their visit" says a source. "I think she was looking at the Bitty Baby merchandise, which is for ages 3-6."
