Heather Locklear Skipping Melrose Place

Oh Heather, we love seeing you be bad! Unfortunately for Melrose Place fans, the new version of the series will not include Heather Locklear as tough-as-nails executive (and sex kitten) Amanda Woodward.
"There wasn't a way to bring her back that made sense," says a source close to the situation. The CW - the network producing the show- was not shy about broadcasting their hopes Locklear would revisit the role, and will most likely purse other veterans.
