The Indy driver was allegedly going 54 mph on a 35 mph street in Scottsdale, Arizona. This was only slightly more illegal than the last time, when she was going 57 in a 40.
Patrick, who was once named the Rookie of the Year for both the 2005 Indianapolis 500 and the 2005 IndyCar Series season, was given a citation and is expected in court at the start of January.
