The SNL Curse: Stabbing, Pregnancy, Fallon

WATCH YOUR ASS, KATTAN Fallon, Poehler, Oteri (Photo: Getty Images) They say Saturday Night Live news comes in threes. First, unfunny Jimmy Fallon inexplicably gets himself slated to take over Late Night when Conan O'Brien goes to replace Leno in 2009 (Does NBC not watch its own show, 30 Rock which frequently caricatures Fallon?). Then, Will Arnett's freshly inseminated wife, Amy Poehler, goes and gives up the body to market her new movie, Baby Mama. Now, in a turn that's even less funny than the Fallon news, former cast member Cheri Oteri's father, Gaetano Thomas Oteri, 69, was stabbed to death in Nashville—on Saturday night, no less—by his roommate, a country music songwriter, Richard William Fagan, 61.
