Supposedly, the stripper-loving ballplayer and Madonna traded some incriminating text messages, and Cynthia has gotten her hands on them. Madonna isn't named in the divorce proceedings, and both she and Rodriguez have vehemently denied that they've slept with one another, but one source says the texts were "instrumental" in convincing Cynthia that her husband was having his "affair of the heart". Someone else who has seen them says Alex acted like a "smitten schoolboy," which isn't particularly informative, but does provide us with the rather hilarious visual of Alex Rodriguez giggling profusely while texting.
