DEVIL'S PLAYTHING? Wintour, Butler Vogue editor Anna Wintour has a new crush! His name is Gerald Butler. He is a British actor and 20 years her junior. "She talks about him all the time," says a Page Six source. He was arrested yesterday for punching a paparazzi in the face, but he may yet appear in a future issue of Vogue!
Butler's obviously not the only man who has managed to warm the cockles of Anna's cold, dark heart. In fact, according to Jerry Oppenheimer's biography about her, Front Row: The Cool Life and Hot Times of Vogue's Editor-in-Chief, there have been many: "One assistant recalls how 'one of her most important roles was making excuses to Anna's many suitors when she was off with someone else....
