Tori Spelling has sued Benihana over an April incident in which she claims to have suffered "deep second and third degree burn injuries" at its Encino, Calif. location.
The 42-year-old reality star, according to online reports, claims she fell on a hibachi grill at the popular chain restaurant, leading to financial losses related to lost work and hospital bills.
In April, her husband Dean McDermott told the NY Daily News that Spelling "had a little burn" and "had to get skin grafts" at West Hills Hospital as result of the "unfortunate accident."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, sources said that the daughter of TV pioneer Aaron Spelling and her husband had to downsize their home this summer due to ongoing "money problems.
The insider added that while the family was "still living in a beautiful home," it paled in comparison to the "past extravagant mansions that she's lived in."
