Although the two men agreed to leave the premises when advised by the security officer, Schrader found a hammer and called the Florida State University Police Department.

"Woytkiw admitted going to Chi Omega with the intent of taking the sorority letters off of the house," the documents read. "Woytkiw stated he saw the security officer come around the corner and hid in the bushes up until the point that he confronted them."

Woytkiw was placed under arrest for loitering and prowling.

He successfully completed the requirements of the Misdemeanor Diversion Program on May 26, 2011.

But the arrest may not scare Fletcher away, as she's certainly into bad boys!

Her ex-boyfriend, Chad Rookstool, was arrested for stealing $100 from his employer. He was sentenced to 24 hours of community service and ordered to pay court costs of $261.

Woytkiw declined to comment when reached by Radar.
