It's been more than a month since Keeping up with the Kardashians reality star Scott Disick did a quickie rehab stint in Costa Rica.

And although the 31-year-old insisted that he was "not done" with his treatment after staying just a week, and that he planned on returning to the lush facility, a source close to the family tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he's changed his mind.

Disick's issues became apparent when he was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in June 2014. He has since struggled to maintain sobriety and has had several relapses, which have been documented on KUWTK and Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons.

This past weekend, after Disick chose to party in Las Vegas rather than be there to support Bruce Jenner and the family, "Scott really showed Kourtney where his priorities are. And it's not with her," says the source.
