Scott Ready To 'Play Dirty' After Kourtney Prepares To Make Split Permanent

It's been almost a year since Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick separated, but the battle of the exes is about to heat up! RadarOnline.com has learned Kardashian is finally ready to begin splitting their assets and hammering out a permanent custody arrangement now that it's clear the two will never fully reconcile as a couple.
"Scott's been dating a string of young beauties, while Kourt's been secretly hooking up with Justin Bieber, and they both know there's no going back," explained a source.
But figuring out how to separate their intertwined lives is easier said than done.
"It's going to get nasty," predicted a friend of both Kardashian, 37, and 32-year-old Disick.
"Legally, she has Scott over a barrel thanks to his wayward behavior over the years — but Scott is more than willing to play dirty," said the pal.
The insider concurs that the situation may turn nasty quite quickly: "Scott has no problem with threatening to pen a tell-all book or making anonymous leaks exposing the whole Kardashian family if Kourtney doesn't agree to fair terms."
