Rosie O'Donnell shocked fans Thursday night, posting a photo with formerly estranged daughter Chelsea.
In the picture, a selfie, O'Donnell's 18-year-old is seen smiling brightly as Rosie feigns a look of sass.
"Chelsea and me — what a difference a year makes #hopelives," the comedian captioned the happy photo.
As RadarOnline.com reported, family drama was first thrust into the spotlight last August when Chelsea disappeared from Rosie's Nyack, NY, home for two weeks. She was later found with a man — and drug dealer — she met on Tinder, Steven M. Sheerer.

Sheerer was later charged with endangering the welfare of a child because Chelsea was only 17 at the time of the incident.
Shortly after the incident, Rosie released a statement saying Chelsea ran away, but the teen claimed she was thrown out.
Then last October, Chelsea held nothing back during a interview detailing her troubled relationship with her superstar parent.
"I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we'd go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that," she said, alleging that she's closer to her former nannies than she is to her adoptive mother.
Rosie later called Chelsea's hard-hitting interview "heartbreaking on every level."
It's a good thing they've worked out their differences!
