Reporter Accuses Roger Ailes Of Sexual Harassment
Dec. 14 2016, Updated 3:11 p.m. ET
The allegations against Roger Ailes just keep coming! Five months after the TV tycoon was booted from his roost at Fox News Channel, he is now facing new sexual harassment allegations.
According to the New York Times, Lidia Curanaj, a Fox 5 journalist legally named Lidija Ujkic, "filed a 28-page discrimination and hostile work environment suit against the network's parent company, in which she said Mr. Ailes harassed her when she was applying for a job at Fox News."
In the complaint, Curanaj claims Ailes asked her to "stand up and turn around" during a one-on-one interview, in order to "see her from behind."
"I like what I see," Mr. Ailes allegedly said, leading Curanaj to believe she would be hired, according to the complaint.
Ailes and Curanaj first met in 2011 at a dinner that she attended with her boyfriend at the time, New York state senator Gregory R. Ball.
The interview took place three months later, after which Ailes contacted Ball, asking, "How's the sex?" and whether Curanaj would be willing to "put out," the suit alleges.
Ball purportedly replied that Curanaj was a "very nice girl," who wouldn't oblige to sexual favors.
Soon after, Ailes called Curanaj to inform her that she wasn't ready for Fox News, pointing her in the direction of local Fox stations.

In the suit, Curanaj argued that she did not "receive the position at F.N.C. because Ailes determined that she would not submit to him sexually."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ailes' scandal began when Fox host Gretchen Carlson claimed that the 76-year-old allegedly "injected sexual and/or sexist comments" on numerous occasions with her and attempted to make "sexual advances by various means." Ailes has vehemently denied all allegations.
Meanwhile, more than 20 other women have come forward with sexual harassment allegations against Ailes.
In response to Curanaj's lawsuit, Fox network did not hold back.
"We do not think the plaintiff's claims have merit, and we intend to defend vigorously," a Fox Television Stations spokesperson told Deadline.
According to the publication, reps for Ailes did not respond to request for comment.
