Male Escort Was Scared To Tell FBI Of David Geffen Relationship, Admits Fearing For His Safety

A porn star and part-time male escort associated with billionaire David Geffen reportedly feared admitting his relationship to the music tycoon for safety reasons.
Justin Griggs took the stand Wednesday in a Los Angles court for a case against porn star pal Teofil Brank, who is accused of extorting more than $500,000 from telecommunications bigwig Donald Burns.
Burns also paid Griggs and several other men for sex, Griggs said at the trial.
"It was really just hanging out, surfing, grilling out, going to dinner and then we would have sex, group sex," he testified.
When Brank's lawyer asked if Burns also paid for Griggs' dental work, the porn star said those expenses were paid for by "another friend."
"You mentioned you didn't want to give details about an individual because he was very powerful and you feared for your safety if you disclose information. Who were you talking about there," defense lawyer Ashfaq Chowdhury asked, referring to an interview with the FBI one-month prior (cited in court documents obtained by The Smoking Gun).

"David Geffen," Griggs replied.
Chowdhury then moved on in his cross-examination and did not mention Geffen's name again.
It's unclear from The Smoking Gun's report if Geffen used Griggs as a male escort. David Geffen has not been charged with any crimes and does not appear to have any association to Burns.
