Lamar Odom was covered in blood and "a white substance" when he was found at a Nevada brothel Tuesday afternoon, local authorities said Wednesday.

Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly told reporters at a press conference that Odom was "unconscious but breathing" when he was discovered by Love Ranch employee Mitzi John. In addition, "He had blood coming from his nose and mouth along with a white substance."

John called 911 at approximately 3:15 p.m.

Not long after, the media director for the Love Ranch, Richard Hunter, also called 911 describing the "kind of pinkish" fluid covering Odom's face. There was so much, Hunter said, that he could barely tell if it had come from Odom's nose or mouth.

Wehrly said, "The reporting parties informed Nye County Sheriff's dispatch that the male had been using cocaine… They also informed dispatch he had used up to 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancer supplements over the last three-day period."

The former NBA star's blood has been drawn "as evidence," the rep said, and will be processed by the lab shortly.
