Kim Zolciak confirmed she's had more plastic surgery done, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Don't be Tardy star admitted to The Lookbook on Bravo that she had Ultherapy treatment in February to counter her saggy skin, specifically around her jawline.

"I thought it was uncomfortable," she revealed. "The numbing cream helped though."

"I feel like I look more refreshed," she said of her results. "It's non-invasive, no down time. The downside is waiting the couple months to notice the difference."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 38-year-old met with Dr. Garo Kassabian in July and was spotted with much larger lips shortly after her visit.

The mom-of-six was also public about her boob job and tummy tuck after giving birth to twins Kaia and Kane in 2013, but has adamantly denied having any other procedures done — except for an occasional tweak.

"I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so, but I'm open about it," she told E! News in May. "I don't care. You only go around one time, and I especially understand that. And life is very short, so there's no reason for me to lie."

"There's no secrets," she said of her surgery. "I want women to feel as beautiful as I feel, and so, with that said, it's not all natural."
