Kim Richards is finally in rehab after her out-of-control disappearing act at her daughter's Mexican wedding, but she's commenting on Instagram and worrying those close to her about her commitment to the program.

Richards, who has been axed from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the upcoming season, has sought help for her addictions following her arrest.

But on Sunday, the reality star wrote a sweet note on son-in-law Thayer Wiederhorn's picture with his wife's father Monty Brinson. The appearance of Richards back on social media has concerned those close to her, with a source exclusively telling RadarOnline.com, "Kim's sobriety is really important and everyone hopes that she is taking it seriously this time."

Brinson, who is battling stage-4 cancer and, living with Kathy and Rick Hilton while Richards is in rehab, commented on the picture, writing: "Luv ya back. A fun day it was with many more to come."

Shockingly, Richards also commented, writing: "Love❤️this!! Twin sandwich?"

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Richards has committed to 90 days in the treatment center.
