Khloe Kardashian has finally moved on from estranged husband Lamar Odom, but is Trey Songz just as troubled? RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the man Kardashian has been romantically linked to has been arrested for drug possession!

According to the Miami-Dade County, Florida Clerk of the Courts, the rapper, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, was arrested and charged with attempted possession of cannabis and a drug paraphernalia violation on May 2, 2005. He paid a bond of $2,000 the day after the arrest.

Neverson, 31, pled not guilty to the charges and demanded for a jury trial.

While the drug paraphernalia charge was eventually dropped, Neverson was ordered to pay a fine and cost for having up to 20 grams of the substance on him.

The case was discharged on September 12, 2005.

The reported new romance comes after Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom for a second time in May 2016.

Kardashian first called off their divorce, which was filed on December 2013, when the former NBA player was found unconscious from a drug overdose at a Nevada brothel on October 13, 2015.
