While he seemed to leave empty handed, the 36-year-old may want to steer clear of alcohol and other substances to avoid another deathly scenario.

Then, on June 1, the star was spotted buying sexual enhancement drugs at a gas station in Fresno, Calif.

The next evening, he was photographed on a date with a mystery woman, whom he put an arm around at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

Meanwhile, Odom "has women throwing themselves at him," a source close to the former Los Angeles Lakers star told RadarOnline.com. "They come up to him everywhere he goes. And they're hot. So he takes them up on their offers. He is a grown man having sex, but everyone is a little worried. They are afraid of him getting in trouble with someone."
