Jodie Sweetin Reveals: I've Been Sober For Six Years From Drugs

Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin has been trying to lead a sober life.

Butshe believes the father of her child, Morty Coyle, keeps accusing her of falling off the wagon for his own ends.

The Blast Website obtained court documents whereby Coyle accuses her of being a danger to their 7-year-old daughter, Beatrix, while demanding hair follicle tests to prove her drug use.

Sweetin, 36, revealed: "I have not had any alcohol in at least eight years, and I have been sober from illegal substances for at least six years.

"I take my sobriety very seriously and would not do anything to jeopardize my commitment to sobriety."

After a recent accident, where she broke her ankle, she admitted that she had to take pain medication to help her cope.

"I broke my ankle so badly that I had to have surgery in order to permanently have plantes and pins support my ankle," she revealed.

"However, I was at all times fit to appropriately supervise and care for our daughter while she was in my custody," she revealed.

Sweetin and Coyle have been in a bitter custody war for months, and she contends that he has been using the drug tests to 'harass, intimidate and embarrass' her in court.

She also alleges tat he befriended another former husband, Corey Herpin, the father of her other daughter, Zoie, 10, so that both men could obtain "as much financial assistance from me as possible."

Sweetin pleaded with the court: "They are entitled to child support and I want to provide them the support required by law. However, I just wish the constant litigation would stop."

The troubled actress was involved with the law following a run-in with her fiancéJustin Hodak last year.
