Even though nothing has happened for nearly two years in Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's tax fraud case, the Jersey Shore alum still has a serious legal situation on his hands.

According to Sorrentino's new counsel, Newark, New Jersey attorney Henry E. Klingeman, the delays have been due to the judge's busy schedule.

"The court has other business," Klingeman tells RadarOnline.com, adding that the judge on Sorrentino's case has been presiding over the "Bridgegate" trials for New Jersey governor Chris Christie's aides. "So nothing is happening. I'm not sure when something is going to happen."
