Jenna Jameson's home with Tito Ortiz is at the center of a nasty legal battle, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Jameson, 42, and Ortiz, 41, purchased the home together while she was still working on her divorce from Jay Grdina, 49. As a result, Jameson removed her name from the deed — and now she's fighting to get it back!

She filed suit in Orange County, Calif. earlier this year for her rights to their joint home. She also filed to have trustees assess all of the couple's bank accounts, as well as all the artwork and jewelry purchased during their time together.

She began with her testimony that she paid for the down payment in 2009, and is entitled to her share of the home. Ortiz countered by "denying that the parties ever had any agreement concerning Plaintiff having ownership interest in the home," according to the explosive docs.

"He acknowledges that Plaintiff gifted $700,000 towards the down payment, while he paid $350,000 towards the down payment," they continued. "Title was taken solely in Defendant Ortiz's name. He denies that Plaintiff has ever paid or been the source of monies that went to the mortgage payments. Defendant has paid all mortgage payments from his monies."

READ The Shocking Documents

"Plaintiff's deposition testimony reveals that she did not seek to place herself on title because she was concerned that her ex husband might have a claim," the documents read, later noting, "she later testified that she used a portion of the monies from the sale of her wedding ring for part of the down payment."

She claimed that she took care of the house throughout their five-year relationship because she was promised half of its rights. Now, she wants the money from its sale to be put into a trust until her and Ortiz can come to a conclusion on how to handle the money.

Ortiz fired back by claiming she had no merit for her claims, and filled for her lawsuit to be dismissed. He also alleged she did not contribute to the house other than the down payment, and wants her to hand over all her settlement agreements with Grdina.
