Nathan Griffith's court date to face off with his ex-fiancée Jenelle Evans over larceny charges has been delayed, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
"Nathan was supposed to be in court on Monday," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. "But the court case has been delayed to next month."
According to court records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Griffith is now scheduled to appear in a New Hanover County, North Carolina courtroom during a morning court session on April 4.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Griffith, 28, turned himself into police on Feb. 3 after Evans, 24, had an arrest warrant placed out on him.
Griffith was not held in custody and was given an unsecured bond, meaning he just had to promise to appear for his day in court.
The drama began between the two Teen Mom 2 stars when Evans pressed charges against Griffith, accusing him of taking her car and $1,000 worth of her belongings with it.
Following his arrest, Griffith's attorney Megan Milliken told RadarOnline.com that her client's first court hearing could have three possible outcomes, including setting a date for trial.
"But hopefully the court date will be dispositive, meaning it will be resolved that day," Milliken said.
Evans and Grififth are also scheduled fight later this month during a custody hearing, and next month in a child support hearing.
