Hilary Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie is currently under investigation over claims that he raped a woman at his L.A. home, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to reports, the woman alleged she met up with Comrie at a bar Saturday night and later went to his condo in West LA, where she claims the famed athlete raped her multiple times.

The former NHL star insists their sexual encounter was consensual.

Immediately after, the woman claims she went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where a rape kit was administered.

Meanwhile, sources said that Comrie, who was married to Duff between 2010 and 2016, confessed to having sex with the woman, but continued to insist it was consensual.

Sources also claimed that another woman was involved in the sexual encounter, but has yet to come forward and file a complaint.

According to reports, Comrie has not spoken with authorities yet.
