Heidi’s Horror! Montag’s Dad Declares He’s NOT GUILTY Of Underage Sex Crimes

Former reality star Heidi Montag's father has told court he is innocent of committing incest and sexual assault.
William Montag, 68, was arrested last January and released on $50,000 bond after authorities accused him of the crimes, which allegedly took place years ago in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
"Allegations were brought forward by a woman, who is now an adult, who had alleged a sexual assault a little more than 15 years ago during a period of time when she was between 14 and 17," revealed Arapahoe County Capt. Larry Etheridge.

Montag, whose alleged victim is reportedly not his famous daughter, faces three felony counts each of aggravated incest and of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Montag's case, originally scheduled to be heard in court last October and pushed back until Jan. 12, may be rescheduled yet again if a judge grant's his lawyer's request for a second continuance.
