Fergie Butchers National Anthem At NBA All-Star Game With Bizarre Rendition

Fergie raised eyebrows when she fumbled her way through a bizarre and sultry rendition of the National Anthem at Sunday's NBA All-Star Game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Jimmy Kimmel, Beyonce and other celebrities at the event had a hard time hiding their displeasure over Fergie's musical styling and failure to hit some of the iconic song's notes.
And the basketball players on the court and others attending the game were equally baffled and dismayed, including commentator Charles Barkley, who joked, "I need a cigarette after that."
Shaquille O'Neal tried to remain diplomatic, calling Fergie's singing "different" and "sexy."
Unfortunately, Fergie, 42, isn't the first star to flub her chance to wow a sports crowd with the Star-Spangled Banner.
Roseanne Barr created controversy when she purposely gave a terrible performance of the song at a San Diego Padres game in 1990.
