Trump TV! Donald's Family In Talks To Launch Media Empire

Donald Trump's media mogul son-in-law could be secretly planning to launch a Trump television network, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Jared Kushner, husband to Ivanka Trump, recently met with Aryeh Bourkoff, the founder and CEO of LionTree LLC, to discuss "the prospect of setting up a Trump television network after the presidential election in November," The Financial Times reported. Bourkoff is known to be a top dealmaker and has been involved with major transactions in the past, including deals involving Virgin Media and AOL.
Kushner, 35, already has media experience, after purchasing The New York Observer in 2006.
Married to Ivanka Trump since 2009, Kushner has also been advising his father-in-law in Trump's bid for the White House, becoming a crucial component in "virtually every facet of the Trump presidential operation, so much so that many inside and out of it increasingly see him as a de facto campaign manager," The New York Times reported.
But Bourkoff and Kushner are no strangers: Bourkoff advised Kushner when he sought to purchase the Los Angeles Dodgers four years ago.
Rumors of a Trump news network have been spinning for months, since Trump "discussed the possibility of launching a 'mini-media conglomerate' outside of his existing TV-production business, Trump Productions LLC," in June, Vanity Fair reported.
The discussion of a possible Trump network comes after a year filled with major TV ratings grabs (84 million viewers for the first presidential debate) and an ever-growing social media presence from the business mogul and former reality TV star.
Neither Kushner nor Bourkoff have commented on the rumors.
