Six years after placing her daughter Carly for adoption, Catelynn Lowell's dreams came true when she welcome her second child, Novalee, in January 2015.

Months later, she married longtime love Tyler Baltierra, 23, in a fairytale ceremony.

"I recognized it nine months after Novalee was born," the "Conquering Chaos" author allegedly told fans at a December 11 book signing in New York. "It's a daily struggle."

Fortunately Baltierra was by her side through the ups and downs.

"He's definitely helping me," she said. "I'm doing much better now."

In a trailer for the upcoming Teen Mom OG season, certain scenes hinted at Lowell's downward spiral.

"Is she going through some kind of post-partum?" Baltierra's concerned mother asked in the clip, as Lowell curled up in bed.

Last year, Lowell opened up about a previous battle with depression and anxiety when she was 21.

"I started having severe panic and anxiety attacks in the middle of the night, which led me into a deep depression," she said. "I couldn't stop crying. I felt I'd be better off dead. I needed help."
