Too Loyal? Bill Cosby's Wife Refuses To Believe He Is A Rapist Despite Damning Admissions

Bill Cosby has been accused of rape by seemingly countless numbers of women, but there is at least one lady who does not believe that he is a rapist -- his wife Camille!

According to a report, Camille knows about her husband's cheating ways, but believes that the women he slept with consented to use drugs and have sex. “Camille still doesn’t believe that Bill provided drugs and had sex with women without their consent,” a source employed by the Cosby family told The New York Post. “She’s well aware of his cheating, but she doesn’t believe that her husband is a rapist.”

People may wonder how she has been able to put up with years of affairs and rape allegations, but an insider explains that she has given up on trying to keep Bill faithful. “You have to allow for space to let your partner do what he wants," Camille allegedly told an insider. "I have done that and Bill has done that and there’s no jealously, no friction.”

While other celebs have recently withdrawn their support for Bill following damning court papers in which he admitted to acquiring drugs for the purpose of getting women to sleep with him, Camille continues to stand firmly by his side. “Mrs. Cosby is a proud, dignified but stubborn woman. You can say that she’s standing by her husband, but really, the more people stand against him, the more she perceives it as an affront to her and all that she’s done to make him a star.”
