After Bill Cosby's appeal to dismiss the criminal case against him was rejected earlier this month, the shamed star must stand trial and face his sex assault accusers beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1.

According to NBC news, Cosby has already prepared paperwork for the judge that proves he is "legally blind," making it physically impossible for him to identify any of the accusers he allegedly drugged and raped.

"No 79-year-old blind man could possibly defend himself against a claim that he sexually assaulted someone he supposedly met once, half a century ago," his legal team stated in documents that were sent to a court in Pennsylvania earlier this week.

"Without his eyesight, Mr. Cosby cannot even determine whether he has ever seen even some of his accusers, let alone develop defenses and gather exculpatory evidence," also stated in the documents.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the "Cosby Show" star secretly told the courts in December of 2015 that he was suffering with vision problems due to glaucoma — a condition that alters the shape of the corneas causing vision to become distorted and streaky.

Cosby's vision impairment came to light after he filed a defamation suit against one of his accusers, former supermodel Beverly Johnson, for making up the rape case to skyrocket herself into the spotlight.

Inside the suit, Cosby's team claimed: "Mr. Cosby has suffered from a degenerative eye condition for years which has steadily worsened recently to the point that he is for over a year has been legally and functionally blind."

While the disgraced Jell-O man may be hoping to catch a break during the pretrial, renowned New York City criminal defense attorney Murray Richard told RadarOnline.com in 2015 that Cosby may be trying to claim a "disability that makes him physically incapable of doing all those things that he has alleged to have done."
