Jen & Ben's 'Split Has Turned Nasty' After He Gets Revenge — And She Kicks Him Out!

Jennifer Garner may have felt she won the upper hand when she gave a tell-all interview to Vanity Fair confirming her estranged husband Ben Affleck's affair with their kids' nanny, but she's not feeling so smug now that he's turned the tables!

Affleck, 43, got his revenge on Garner when he recently sat down for an interview with The New York Times.

When asked about her revelations of his dalliance, he said, "It's fine. She's allowed to talk about it."

But it turns out he isn't! The seemingly innocent words made Garner explode in rage.

"Jen went nuclear — she's livid with Ben," an insider told In Touch. "They'd both privately agreed that after everything he put her through, she would be the only one to publicly speak out."

"Ben had promised Jen he wouldn't respond to anything, so the fact he's gone back on his word has really hit her hard — especially when he's broken so many promises to her in the past."

Garner is now on the warpath, and she's made some tough decisions about her ex.

"They're barely speaking right now," said the insider revealing Garner, 43, has come to a decision about Affleck living in their guesthouse.

"She now wants Ben to officially move out and has started talking about custody arrangements," said the insider. "The split has turned nasty."
