One of the 28 women fighting for the heart of new Bachelor Ben Higgins is hiding a boozy secret!

RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained court documents showing contestant Meagan Miller was popped for a DUI in 2014 in her home state of Texas and faces an upcoming Feb. 8 trial date in court.

"Ben apparently doesn't give Meagan a rose on the opening episode of season 20 on Jan. 4," a show source told Radar. "And it's probably a good thing – Ben is squeaky clean and if she's a drinker, it wouldn't lead to much of a love match."

Office receptionist Miller, 30, describes herself in her ABC bio as a country girl from a small town outside of Ft. Worth, TX who enjoys "BBQ'ing and drinking some beers."

According to a report from the Parker County Sheriff's Office, Miller was pulled over at 2 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2014 in Weatherford, TX for driving on the wrong side of the road.

Officer J. Shelley wrote in his report that he smelled a strong odor of an alcohol beverage on her breath, and she had slurred speech and bloodshot and glassy eyes.

Cops later arrested her and she was charged with a DUI.

However, software salesman Higgins, 26, shouldn't have much of a problem selecting a winner from among the other 27 beauties after having his heart broken by Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe in the previous season.

The other women vying for his attention include an aspiring news anchor, a former Hooters girl and a set of identical twins!
