Amber Portwood has a fairytale wedding to plan‑ but she may want to get her financial affairs in order first!
The Teen Mom OG star, 25, was just slapped with a lawsuit over an unpaid hospital bill, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to Hamilton Superior Court documents obtained by Radar, the Indiana native owes $1,463.57, plus interest and court fees, stemming from a visit to St. Vincent Fishers Hospital in the nearby town of Fishers.
On December 29, collections agency Med 1 Solutions filed papers against the young mom on behalf of the medical facility.
At a January 20 hearing, the court determined that Portwood was served at her former residence instead of her new home, and was never actually notified. The collection agency's attorney plans to file an Alias Summons to her new address.
The MTV star, who as Radar exclusively reported, now shares joint custody of her 6-year-old daughter, Leah, with ex-fiance Gary Shirley, had financial drama last year as well. She was hit with an eviction lawsuit, but fortunately the case was quickly dismissed when she paid off her rent debt.
Portwood is planning an October 2016 wedding to fiancé Matt Baier, 44.
