According to Tuesday's coroner's report, McAllister's death was ruled a suicide by acute intoxication from the combined effects of amlodipine and acetaminophen.

The blonde beauty, who suffered from depression and bipolar disorder, joined The Bachelor for its 14th season, competing for Jake Pavelka's love along with many other chosen contestants.

According to her social media accounts, the Columbus, Ohio resident worked as the VP of Strategy and Business Development for a financial planning and wealth management company.

"I would like to express my sincere condolences," her former costar Vienna Gerardi said in a statement to RadarOnline.com following her death. "My heart goes out to Lex's family during this difficult time. I remember her being such a positive young lady who could light up the room ."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, McAllister's passing marks the second death to shake the cast of Pavelka's season. Gia Allemand took her own life in August 2013 following a fight with her boyfriend.
