Danielle Trying To Get Mohamed Deported: ‘He Used Me For The Green Card!’

Danielle Mullins isn’t going to settle for an annulment! The 90 Day Fiancé star exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that she’s working on getting estranged husband Mohamed Jbali deported back to Tunisia after accusing him of fraud and adultery.

I’m submitting evidence to immigration because I feel he used me for the green card,” Mullins told RadarOnline.com. “I’m going to do what I can to get him deported.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Mullins accused Jbali of having an affair with his friend Luisa Berry.

“If he’s building a life with me he wouldn’t be acting how he’s acting,” she said. “Not working the first year, trips with other women, it’s not right!”

Mullins reveals the fraud claims against her estranged husband will “weigh heavily on his immigration.”

Mullins previously told RadarOnline.com of the alleged infidelity, “He said he was going to Florida, but then posted photos from South Carolina to see Luisa. Why wouldn’t you take your wife with you? This was while we married and he was living with me.”

The reality star claims he also had an affair with a second woman.

He’s been to New York twice to see a woman,” Mullins said. “He said it was for business. The first trip he took was on New Year’s Eve. Who does business on New Year’s Eve?”

Mullins filed for an annulment on October 4, 2016. She listed fraud and adultery as grounds for the annulment. The exes will face off in court on March 22, 2017.

A source close to Jbali told RadarOnline.com, “He didn’t use Danielle for the green card. Danielle did claim before that he did not use her for the green card.”

But Mullins isn’t the only one trying to get Jbali thrown out of the United States, as there is currently a Change.Org petition to have him deported.

“Mohamed clearly used an American woman Danielle Mullins to gain citizenship to the Unites States,” the petition, which has 6,001 out of 7,500 signatures, reads. “From the beginning of the relationship, Mohamed had zero intention to be with this woman and he never loved her.”

The petition continued, “Mohamed has been in the Unites States for over a year now and left his wife on numerous occasions during the first year. He met many American women over the internet, traveled all over the Unites States to meet and be with them. We are asking that Mohamed Jbali be deported back to Tunisia.”

Do you think Jbali will get deported? Sound off in the comments.
