In a shocking world exclusive, RadarOnline.com caught a bloated Sydney Simpson, 31, ferrying a huge — and empty — Jose Cuervo tequila bottle and a 12-pack of Rolling Rock beer to a bin at her rundown Florida home.

"That's a lot of tequila for one girl on her own," said a neighbor.

Sadly, the promising Boston University graduate now spends most of her time hunkered down in her shabby ranch-style home in a seedy area of St. Petersburg, Fla. with just her three dogs for company, according to sources. Occasionally, she ventures out to her tiny backyard and dozes in a hammock.

"She's very quiet ," dished the neighbor. "She lives by herself, and doesn't have many friends."
