Radar Told You First! Amber Portwood Finally Opens Up About Secret Boyfriend Matt Baier

Finally going public!

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Amber Portwood, 24, has been dating Teen Mom superfan and Boston native Matt Baier, 43, since last summer. But now the MTV reality star is finally talking about her man.

The mom of Leah, 6, took to Twitter to relay a funny conversation they shared.

“Matt: I'm making you a steak sandwich. Me: What is a steak sandwich? Matt: It's a steak sandwich. Thanks Matt you cleared that up for me…” she posted on January 6.

Fans seemed to approve of her new relationship.

“Ya'll are so cute!” responded one.

“Sometimes guys do not get it,” said another.

But not everyone is on board. When RadarOnline.com reported that unemployed dad Baier had a long history of bashing Jenelle Evans, 23, on Twitter, the Teen Mom 2 star expressed her disapproval of Portwood's new relationship.

“To date a man as pathetic as that is sad,” Evans tweeted RadarOnline.com on December 23. “I'm sure the relationship won't last the way he acts, probably treats her the same!”

And while sources say Portwood's family and friends were slow to warm up to the much older man with a criminal record, an insider reveals her loved ones are impressed with how well Baier has treated the star since her father Shawn's tragic death from liver complications at just 50 years old in December.

“He's helping her get through this,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
