Dumped In Prison! Joe Giudice Hires Divorce Lawyer, Planning Surprise Split From Teresa While She’s Locked Up

As Teresa and Joe Giudice’s marriage crumbles amid reports of his cheating and alcohol abuse, RadarOnline.com has learned that there’s a new twist no one saw coming: He’s the one that’s getting ready to file for divorce!
According to an insider, Joe has finally had enough of his wife’s diva demands. Not only has he already hired an attorney, the source claimed, he’s planning to file for divorce from the mother of four — once she begins her prison sentence in January.
But even after a friend told Teresa about Joe’s plans, “She simply shrugged it off!” the source said. "She is absolutely living in denial about going to prison, so Teresa doesn't think Joe would ever leave her, or file for divorce.”
"Joe always felt pressure from Teresa to have the biggest house, best clothes, and luxurious vacations,” the source continued. "While Joe does take responsibility for his role in the bankruptcy fraud case, it was all done under the pressure he felt from Teresa.”

Rumors of Joe cheating on Teresa never seemed to bother the convicted felon.
In 2012, RadarOnline.com reported that he was at TGI Fridays drinking with another woman.
He was also busted having another with a mystery woman at Legends Diner only 30 miles away from the New Jersey mansion he shares with his wife!
Teresa even stood by her husband when reports broke that he cheated on her with their nanny, Nicole Cemelli.
The divorce should be "very straightforward as there are no financial assets to split up,” the source said. “They owe more than $13.5 million to creditors, and there is just no money coming in.”
As for child support, "Joe will take care of the kids financially,” the source insisted, "but Teresa will be on her own."
