An onlooker noted that Katie, who was late to the 60-minute class, looked exhausted, super skinny, struggling to keep up and was out of sync to the beat!
“Katie ghosted in late when everyone had just started the class and couldn’t really get into the rhythm of it,” the eyewitness tells Radar.
“She looked really skinny, appeared to be exhausted, couldn’t keep up with the beat of the music and didn’t extend on the standing exercises.
“After the class she stretched alone and didn’t talk to anyone. As soon as she finished stretching, she left pretty swiftly,” the onlooker reveals.
The Soul Survivor workout includes several anaerobic intervals and trains the whole body, toning the abs, obliques, shoulders, triceps, biceps and back — all while maintaining fat-burning cardio levels.
It’s a favorite of Kelly Ripa – who also works out at the Tribeca gym.
“She’s a pro at spinning and rarely misses a class,” the onlooker reveals. “In fact, in the celebrity stakes, she certainly puts Katie to shame!”
