Whitney Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown has formally pled not guilty to driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
Brown pled not guilty in a Van Nuys courtroom on Monday morning to the charges. He allegedly blew a .12, but the legal limit in California is .08. The judge ordered Brown not to consume any alcohol until the case is resolved.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brown was arrested for driving under the influence on March 26 and was stopped by cops for talking on his cell phone.
"We observed intoxication once Mr. Brown was pulled over," Officer Tiana Reed told RadarOnline.com when he was arrested. "We put him through four sobriety tests, none of which he passed. He was arrested at 12:20 p.m. and booked into the Van Nuys jail."
