What stars had fashions wins this week and who committed style sins?

From the red carpet of the hottest events to the city streets, Hollywood’s most talked-about celebrities were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

And Kat Von D may be patriotic, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that the tattoo princess is tacky! Jesse James’ former fiancée hit the streets in a holy American flag sweater paired with brown leathery pants, clunky shoes, oversized sunglasses and a red purse.

As for wacky, former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton certainly made a style statement in an extremely bad way! The attention-seeking musician hit ELLE’s Women in Music event in Los Angeles, putting her assets on display by wearing a totally sheer lace dress without a bra.
