Celebrities in attendance included the film’s stars Juno Temple and Tim McGraw; model Irina Shayk; former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon; and iconic designers Donna Karan and Calvin Klein.

The comedy, which is written and directed by Abe Sylvia, is set in Oklahoma in the 1980s, detailing the coming-of-age of a teen girl (Temple) and her classmate (Jeremy Dozier).
Dirty Girl, which also stars William H. Macy and Mila Jovovich, hits select theaters October 7.
