The 31-year-old actor — who plays dependable Turtle on the popular HBO comedy — has lost more than 55 lbs.

He says a big change in his diet resulted in his dramatic new look.
The Brooklyn-born native traded his favorite burgers and fries for tofu, fresh organic fruit and veggies while also going for regular hikes in Los Angeles Runyon Canyon.

The eighth and final season of Entourage premiered on HBO on July 24, and there’s talk of doing a big film version.
