Rainford attacked Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Cy Waits, on April 27 before Waits and Hilton entered the Van Nuys courthouse to testify against Nathan Parada who was accused of felony burglary at Hilton’s house.

Rainford was detained by Hilton’s bodyguard, and was turned over to law enforcement. Parada was subsequently found guilty.
