Oscar Winning Director Steven Soderbergh Sued in Paternity Case

Oscar-winning Traffic director Steven Soderbergh was sued Wednesday in New York by Frances Lawrencina Anderson, an Australian woman who claims he fathered the baby girl she delivered in August, and wants him to start paying child support.

Anderson said in court papers the 48-year-old filmmaker helped her with medical expenses throughout her pregnancy, RadarOnline.com has learned, and “has acknowledged that he is the father of the child verbally.”
